Joseph Radziewicz is an accomplished Senior Executive with approximately 25 years of success in the manufacturing and technology industries with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, fostering growth initiatives, taking companies public, change management, crisis management, transformation, and international operations. His areas of expertise include finance, accounting, corporate governance, championing growth, IPOs, new technology acumen, developing outperforming teams, human capital development, strategic planning, competitive analysis, M&A, process & cost optimization, compliance, risk management, treasury operations and investor relations. Joseph has held senior leadership positions with Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (NYSE: SWK) and STR, Inc. (Former NYSE: STRI). Joseph started his career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He was the VP & CFO as well as the Chief Accounting Officer for STR and successfully lead their initial public offering and numerous other strategic transactions. He joined Stanley Black & Decker as its Vice President-Finance and Chief Audit Executive. In Joseph's current role as VP Corporate Controller at Stanley Black & Decker, he has been responsible for ensuring efficient and effective business processes, sound internal controls and maintaining stewardship of assets and integrity of financial transactions while partnering with the business to drive growth initiatives and the Company's purpose of For Those Who Make The World! Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Accounting & Business Management (summa cum laude) from Bryant University; he is a CPA, CMA, CFM, CGMA, and CSCA. He serves as a Board Member for the Boys and Girls Club of Bristol CT; Somers Little League; Somers Kids Basketball Association, and on the Advisory Boards for the University of Connecticut's School of Accounting and University of Saint Joseph. He is also an elementary school teacher volunteer and fundraising committee member for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England.
