Anna Mok is the leader responsible for China and Southeast Asia for Deloitte’s Advisory and Audit businesses in the United States. She was previously the National Managing Partner, Clients & Client Excellence responsible for developing and leading the execution of the client portfolio expansion strategy and the National Regions Leader. Anna is also currently the Strategic Risk Services Leader for Financial Services and leads significant global client relationships. During her 25+ year career at Deloitte, she has been the global lead client service partner and has served some of its largest and most prestigious global clients in various industries including payments, financial services, health care and high technology. Her global business experiences include risk management, corporate governance, finance and accounting, business strategy and transformations, M&A, and market expansion services. She has lived and worked in Asia and the United States. She was the first Chinese American woman admitted to partnership at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Anna was a member of Deloitte’s Board Council and the CEO Advisory Partner Council. Anna has received numerous awards and recognitions and is an active community leader. Anna has a deep passion and commitment to enabling economic and educational access and to the advancement and development of emerging leaders and women and minorities into senior executive and corporate board director roles. She is the Executive Vice President of Ascend’s National Board, the founder of Ascend Pinnacle (Pan-Asian Corporate Board Initiative) and the Founding President of Ascend’s Northern California Chapter. Anna has also served as the Chairman of the Commonwealth Club of California, is currently a board of director and executive committee member of the United Way Bay Area and The Committee of 100 and on the Advisory Council of the Asian Pacific Islander Scholarship Fund and the Asian Pacific Fund. She frequently speaks and is quoted in leading publications, TV, radio & websites on international business, governance, leadership and diversity matters. Anna has been bestowed numerous recognitions, including the San Francisco Business Times, Most Influential Women & Forever Influential Awards, Jefferson Foundation Award for Public Services, the AICPA Minority Leader Award, the Society of Asian Women Leaders Award for Community Service and Upwardly Global Leadership Award. She is also a past recipient of Deloitte’s Community Involvement Leadership Partner Award. Anna graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and currently resides with her family in Northern California.
