Dave is the Director of the Global Family Business Institute at The Drucker School of Management. He is an ambassador for the family-owned business and write, deliver keynote speeches and develop programs on topics related to family business. He is the author of, "The Farm Whisperer" and "The Family Business Whisperer" and has a consulting firm called, "Advising Generations." Prior to this role, he developed the Family Business Management program at the University of Nebraska and served as National Development Manager for the Family Dynamics Program at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he personally trained 2,500 of their top advisors. Mr. Specht holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master's Degree in Tax and Financial Planning from San Diego State University. He resides in Basin City, WA with his wife Taneil and their 6 children.
