Greg Nix is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, with BBA degrees in Finance and Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Greg joined the IRS, Employee Plans (EP) Division in 1987 as a revenue agent, working retirement plan examination cases for nearly 15 years. Greg is currently a Communication & Liaison analyst working with the EP. His duties include coordinating outreach activities, writing presentations, writing the EP Newsletter, developing and updating materials for the IRS.gov/retirement website, and updating the IRS plan-related publications. Among Greg’s contributions to the website are the 401(k) and 403(b) Checklists and Fix-it Guides.
