Jennifer Benda (Holland & Hart LLP, Denver) is a former CPA and tax attorney who focuses on tax controversy matters. Jennifer has spent the last six years advising and defending cannabis businesses. Jennifer earned a B.B.A. & M.S. (Accounting) at Texas A&M University and J.D., with honors, at George Washington University Law School.
