There is nothing more fulfilling as a leader than helping someone discover their power to impact others and grow professionally. Seeing team members discover goals they previously did not recognize or embrace and unlocking paths to those goals is the most rewarding professional collaboration for me. My approach is to lead by example by being in the field and working alongside my team. While I love to celebrate individual success, the success of the team is more important to me than one person. I lead my team with a value based approach and take ownership for all outcomes. I have built this approach by relating theories to real life situations in order to teach team members complex ideas. This is especially important for understanding the value proposition of a PEO. My 21 year career with Paychex has allowed me to recruit, hire, and train numerous top performing sales leaders, salespeople and HR Professionals. Client facing HR experience over my career has provided valuable insight to successfully onboard key sales professionals that have consistently achieved multi-million dollar year over year growth. In my current role as Director of PEO Sales , I lead 3 Sr. Regional Sales Managers, 15 District Sales Managers and 111 Sales Associates selling PEO across the US.
