Antonella Puca, CPA/ABV, CFA is a Managing Director with MPI Valuation & Advisory in New York, with a specialty in valuation of complex securities and portfolio company investments by private equity and venture capital funds and an extensive background in audits of investment companies. She has served on the Business Valuation Committee of the AICPA and as consultant on the CFA credentialing team. She has served as a member of the AIMA Research Committee and as an executive board member of the CFA Society of New York. Antonella is a frequent presenter on valuation and alternative investment topics. She is the author of Early Stage Valuation (Wiley Finance: 2020) and a recipient of the 2021 Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year Award of the AICPA.
