Bob Scott, CPA is Executive Director of Administrative Services for the Town of Prosper, Texas, a rapidly growing Dallas suburb.  Mr. Scott oversees Finance, IT and HR and is a long time member of the AICPA and GFOA serving in various capacities. He is a well known speaker on governmental accounting and management topics.  He wrote the AICPA's course on pensions- GASB 68 Accounting and Auditing.  He is a member of GASAC and currently serves as a Trustee for the Texas Municipal Retirement System.
