Jason Bullington is a regional associate director within the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board's (PCAOB) Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI). In addition, Jason is the leader of the PCAOB's Banking Inspections Group, which is comprised of inspectors with experience in the financial services industry and is responsible for conducting inspections of bank issuer audits. Since joining the PCAOB in 2005, Jason has worked on many aspects of DRI's Global Network Firm Inspection Program across the Big Six accounting firms and also triennially-inspected firms, leading both domestic and international inspections. Prior to joining the PCAOB, he worked at Deloitte & Touche in Atlanta and in Bermuda.
