Rick Juntilla is the Director of Accounting Policy at U.S. Bancorp. Prior to leading the Corporate Accounting Policy function, Rick's responsibilities have included financial review and providing policy oversight for the Company's Corporate Credit Administration, Community Development Corporation, Acquired Assets, and other Corporate functions. Rick previously worked in the financial oversight area of Wells Fargo & Company, in the areas of corporate accounting policy and financial governance. Prior to Wells Fargo, Rick was an audit manager at Ernst & Young in Minneapolis, MN and Boston, MA. Rick has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. He is a certified public accountant (currently inactive) and a member of the AICPA.
