He is also experienced in financial reporting (including the Securities and Exchange Commission [SEC]), initial public offerings, risk management practices, taxation and corporate finance issues, strategic planning, and capital market transaction. Ernst & Young LLP (January 1979 - September 2010) Senior Partner - Global Leader Engineering and Construction Practice and Global Leader Infrastructure Practice Mr. Lucki joined Ernst & Young in 1979 and became a partner in 1989. He served as Ernst & Young's Global and Americas Infrastructure Leader from 2004 to 2010 and as the Global and Americas Engineering and Construction Leader from 1994 to 2010. In his role as leader of Ernst & Young's Engineering and Construction Industry Services Practice for the past 16 years throughout the United States and North and South America, he was also responsible for the coordination of Ernst & Young's worldwide Engineering and Construction industry activities around the globe. This group provides services to the Engineering and Construction industry for audit and internal audit, tax, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, process improvement, software selection, project management oversight, restructuring and strategic planning. This practice is based in 20 offices across the Americas with over 2,500 professionals serving the Engineering and Construction Industry. Mr. Lucki was also the Global and Americas Infrastructure Leader for Ernst & Young. This practice brings together all service lines within Ernst & Young which include Assurance and Audit, Tax, Transaction Advisory Services and Risk Advisory Services. The Global Infrastructure Practice creates a virtual Infrastructure group that integrates all key Industry Sectors that effect Infrastructure such as Government, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Transportation, Airlines, Real Estate, Construction, and Healthcare. This practice leverages off the 20 plus years of Infrastructure experience in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Spain and brings an experienced Global team to bear on any Public Private Partnership (P3) Infrastructure Project with the worldwide experience to support and complete any Project in the world. Under his leadership, Ernst & Young's Engineering and Construction Practice grew from $50 million in annual revenue in 1994 to $550 million in annual revenue by 2010. Not only did Ernst & Young's Engineering and Construction Practice grow exponentially in revenue, but also became the largest professional services firm providing financial related services to the Engineering and Construction Industry. Mr. Lucki has extensive experience with SEC rules and regulations and SEC filings and comment letters. Mr. Lucki is also a recognized industry expert in strategic planning, capital market transactions, due diligence, restructuring transactions, and advising clients on strategic issues related to acquisitions of engineering and construction companies. Mr. Lucki has served the following multinational clients: Fluor Corporation, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., The Shaw Group, TRW, Inc. and Lockheed Martin; and domestic clients: Ryland Homes, William Lyon Homes and Magna Entertainment Inc. as Coordinating Audit Partner .
