He has served as interim president of Dane Sea Lines, an insolvent Piraeus-Rhodes ferry operator; and as replacement LLC manager of Ponzi scheme-like US airplane investment companies with aircraft leased to an insolvent Argentine airline, where he assisted the US investors in obtaining a $4.3m jury verdict against the promoter and sustain IRS investment theft-loss deductions.
