Aleem Dhalla is an attorney that focuses his practice in construction litigation, business and commercial litigation, as well as labor and employment.

In his construction practice, he represents a variety of clients—ranging from small, private companies to publicly held corporations—including owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in matters involving breaches of construction contract, delay claims, payment and performance bonds claims, and lien issues. Most of his construction work is with clients whose projects are based in the southwest U.S.

In his commercial litigation practice, Aleem handles a variety of business disputes, include consumer disputes, multi-party, and class action litigation in both state and federal court. He has handled more than a dozen arbitrations through AAA and JAMS in cases involving variety of topics.

In his labor and employment practice, Aleem represents manufacturers and employers in the retail, hospitality, healthcare, and sales industries in cases involving ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA and wage and hour claims. He routinely appears in federal court, and before the Department of Labor and the EEOC, representing clients on a variety of labor and employment matters.
