Gil Kahn is an associate in the Snell & Wilmer commercial-litigation and appellate-practice groups. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, he was a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada for The Honorable Jennifer A. Dorsey and The Honorable Larry R. Hicks. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit for The Honorable Jay S. Bybee. Gil works in a variety of areas, ranging from business disputes, shareholder litigation, tribal law, financial services litigation, and debt collection and the recovery of collateral through repossession. Gil also greatly values pro-bono work and is particularly passionate about representing asylum seekers.
