Brian is the managing partner of Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, a CPA firm of over 600 people based in California. Brian has worn many client service hats in his 30+ years at the firm. Now, in the managing partner role, Brian primarily focuses on leadership development, governance, strategy and constantly raising the bar on making the firm a place we love to work. Brian has been a long-time advocate (and beneficiary) of coaching and helped develop a novel coaching training program in the firm. Recently Brian launched the firm's first-ever Appreciative Inquiry Summit—tapping into hundreds of members of the firm community to develop new innovations for the firm's strategic direction. Brian joined the AICPA's Women's Initiatives Executive Committee in 2021.
