Raquel Look is a leader at Deloitte's Blockchain and Digital Assets practice with nearly 20 years of experience in banking, risk management, corporate strategy and control testing. She has led digital asset initiatives and strategic discussions with the C-Suite of financial service institutions seeking to participate in the digital asset ecosystem. Raquel has supported crypto native firms and financial institutions in the development of risk and control frameworks to manage the digital asset risks associated with their (new) products and services.  Moreover, she led the build out of guardrails for the first regulatory-approved, blockchain-based, permissioned, 24/7/365 tokenized deposit at an FDIC-insured institution.

Raquel holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Cornell University and an Advanced Risk Management certification from the Wharton School: Aresty Institute of Executive Education. She also matriculated in MIT Sloan School of Management's Executive Education, Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application. Raquel is also a Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor™ and a member of the Economic Club of New York.
