John Fossum is a managing director at Petrie Partners where he focuses on strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, asset divestitures and capital raising for the energy sector. During his career, John has completed numerous energy advisory and capital markets transactions for both public and private energy companies.

Prior to joining Petrie Partners in 2017, John worked for several private equity firms where he invested in the upstream and midstream sectors.

John earned his B.A. in Economics from Rice University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
