Eric Roark is the Founder and CEO of ROARK, an accounting consulting and executive search firm that provides accounting and finance consultants, interim professionals, and executive search firm services for the business leader looking for financial success and a great life.

Eric has over two decades of private business accounting experience including CFO and Controller roles for venture capital, equity-backed, publicly traded, and family-owned businesses. He started his career in public accounting working at Ernst & Young.

Eric is the President of Financial Executives International (FEI) in Orange County, is on the Board of Directors of the Irvine Valley College Foundation, and is also a Board and Executive Committee Member for the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG).

Eric graduated with high honors from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California with Attest Accreditation.

When he's not working or spending time with his wife and two children, he enjoys barbequing, golfing, and fishing.
