Jordan is a Director in the New York real estate assurance practice of PwC. His clients currently include public REITs and private real estate investment advisors and funds. Prior to re-joining the New York practice in July 2020, Jordan completed a two-year tour in PwC's National Professional Services - Accounting Services Group, specializing in the new leases standard and complex accounting issues and transactions related to the real estate industry. He was also actively involved in standard setting projects (i.e. leasing, consolidation, etc.), and authoring industry and firm thought leadership. Prior to his tour in the Accounting Services Group, Jordan was a member of the New York real estate assurance practice of PwC from October 2009 to June 2018. Jordan is also the co-creator and editor of Current Developments for the Real Estate Industry; a nationally distributed publication providing perspective on the latest market and economic trends, regulatory activities and legislative changes affecting the real estate industry, as well as informed views of the most current developments in operations, business strategy, taxation, compliance and financing. Jordan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting and Information Analysis from Lehigh University, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
