Dovid is EY's Global Real Estate Funds Leader and an assurance partner in EY's New York Real Estate group. He has more than 29 years of experience serving clients in the real estate and financial services industries. He is skilled in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS. Dovid has been responsible for preparing and coordinating EY's real estate fund thought leadership pieces, including developing thought leadership on real estate technology and presenting on real estate technology and real estate valuations. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE     * Dovid's experience includes auditing numerous global and domestic real estate open ended and closed ended funds in accordance with the investment company guide (ASC 946), NCREIF reporting standards and IFRS. He also has experience auditing public REITs and large property owners with office, retail, multifamily, industrial and hospitality assets.     * Dovid has worked with clients on creating fund waterfall models and is currently working on a project to assist a fund manager with development of an FP&A tool that will be utilized across their entire organization, providing the fund manager with the ability to access data within their portfolio and perform comprehensive scenario analysis.     * Dovid's other experiences include due diligence in connection with property acquisitions and securitizations, litigation support for several real estate property owners, agreed upon procedures to ascertain accuracy of opportunity fund performance, agreed upon procedures to ascertain compliance with contractual agreements, and modeling of cash flows in accordance with partnership agreements. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS     * Dovid is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Urban Land Institute.     * He received his B.S. in accounting from Yeshiva University.
