Diana is the Deal Manager for sustainability linked loan issuances for the credit arm of a major private equity and alternatives asset manager. She is also the Engagement Manager charged with aiding another manager in their development of private credit and leveraged credit ESG strategy, with a particular focus on SFDR and EU Taxonomy. She advises on: ESG scorecard, scoring frameworks, green bond frameworks, sustainability linked loans issuances (setting of KPIs and SPT targets), SFDR fund classification and EU Taxonomy alignment. Diana graduated from Cornell University and started her career at Bloomberg as the lead specialist in Fixed Income, particular expertise in derivatives. Most recently, she worked at Barclays Investment Bank on the Corporate Derivatives & DCM desks, structuring rates swaps for debt offerings and sustainability swaps/bonds. Since moving to PwC, she has worked exclusively in what she's passionate about - private credit and ESG consulting.
