Fran Randall serves as Market Leader for FORVIS in Richmond, Virginia, and was appointed to the firm's Governing Board in 2022. She leads FORVIS' Core International Tax Services team of approximately 40 professionals across the country and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including with a Big Four firm. Fran has expertise in international and U.S. domestic taxation, as well as tax research and project management. She serves public and non-public U.S. multinational and foreign owned U.S. clients.

Fran is an executive sponsor of FORVIS' Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves her community through her membership of the National Association of Black Accountants and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is a board member of Partnership for the Future.

Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Tax from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Richmond native and resides there with her daughter and fiancé.
