Dan is a partner in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice (National Office) where he provides technical advice on a variety of accounting, auditing and SEC reporting matters and serves as the Business Combinations topic team leader within the Practice Advisory Group. He is also a designated SEC Reviewing Partner. He is a frequent panelist at KPMG and industry seminars on topics ranging from regulatory compliance to various technical accounting matters. 

In his 30+ year career at KPMG, he has also served domestic and international clients, primarily in the automotive and industrial manufacturing industries. He has assisted clients with complex merger transactions, initial and secondary equity offerings, and financing transactions. Dan has also hosted numerous Audit Committee Peer Exchanges, a forum for audit committee members to engage in dialogue with their peers about issues and concerns affecting them.
