Ken is a Senior Managing Director with FTI Consulting, based in Orange County, CA. He is a member of the AICPA's Forensic and Litigation Services Committee, chairs the AICPA's Economic Damages Advisory Panel and previously served as Chair of CalCPA's Economic Damages Section. He has testified as an expert in U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, California State Court, and both U.S. and international arbitration. He frequently serves as a joint expert, either informally or under Court appointment.
