Anne Parker is the Office Chief in the Office of Manufacturing in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In this position, she is responsible for directing the work of the legal and accounting staff in the Office and developing and implementing changes to operating policies and procedures within Corp Fin. Prior to this, Ms. Parker has served as the Assistant Director in the Office of Transportation and Leisure, the Legal Branch Chief in the Office Natural Resources, the Special Counsel in the Office of Information Technologies and Services, and a staff attorney in the Office of Healthcare and Insurance. Ms. Parker also was a member of the Securities Offering Reform rulemaking team. Before joining the SEC, Ms. Parker worked in the corporate department of a large law firm in California. She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School and B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
