Scott is a Human Resources & Talent professional with 10+ years of recruitment and talent management experience with all levels of positions, from staff level to Directors and Partners. He is currently a Talent Manager for Deloitte Cayman Islands as part of the Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda Countries (CBC) firm, with a primary focus on recruitment strategy and learning for the Cayman Islands office as well as the broader Caribbean and Bermuda Countries region. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business, and also received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2019.
