* Laura is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's national People Advisory Services practice and is based in the Dallas office. She leads the Employee Benefits Compliance Services Group, which provides Form 5500 preparation services for over 1,500 employee benefit plans. Her areas of specialization include preparation and review of Forms 5500, tax reviews of employee benefit plan audits, retirement plan compliance reviews, benefit assimilation and vendor management, and vendor search and selection. * Laura has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, primarily in the areas of ERISA compliance and defined contribution plans. She has extensive experience in the preparation and review of Forms 5500, internal tax reviews of employee benefit plan audits, and Retirement Plan Compliance Reviews. She has also assisted clients with the preparation of Forms 5330, and submissions to the Department of Labor's Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance and Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Programs. * Laura holds a B.B.A. from the University of Memphis. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Texas, and has Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified 401(k) Consultant designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and Southwest Benefits Association.
