Dr. Pablo Breuer is an executive director for Security Policy, Control Oversight, and Regulatory Alignment at Morgan Stanley, a senior expert at the Hybrid Threat COE, and a member of the Loomis Innovation Council. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy with tours including U.S. Special Operations Command SOFWERX, the National Security Agency, U.S. Cyber Command, Combined Forces Command Afghanistan, and U.S. Naval Forces Central Command. He has been on the faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School, National University, California State University Monterey Bay, and Carnegie Mellon CERT/SEI and is a Defcon Black Badge winner. Pablo is also a co-founder of the DISARM Foundation and coauthor of the DISARM (Disinformation Analysis and Response Measures) framework.
