APRIL SETLIK, CPA MARS, INCORPORATED April is the Global Benefits Plans Controller at Mars, Incorporated, a multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products and a provider of animal care services. April and her team are responsible for the financial reporting and audits for approximately 10 defined benefit pension plans, health & welfare plans, 401(k) plans and other defined contribution plans in the US, UK and Canada with combined assets of over US $9 billion. Prior to her 15 year tenure at Mars, Incorporated, April worked as an auditor in public accounting and instructed audit and accounting courses.
