Tony Archuleta-Perkins
Tony is both a second-generation California Real Estate Broker and a fractional CFO. He is the founder and owner of both Eclat Group & Ide8 Real Estate. Tony has worked in finance for 25 years, ten specifically as a fractional CFO. Tony has two Masters Degrees: an MBA and a Masters of Science in Real Estate. Eclat Group & Ide8 Real Estate have both proudly LGBTBE Certified by the National Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
Tony & his husband relocated to San Francisco in 2013 and immediately became involved in the small-business LGBTQ+ community. He has been a proud member of the Golden Gate Business Association since 2013. He currently volunteers on its board, serving as the President. In addition, Tony also serves on the board of the San Francisco Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
Tony was born and raised in Los Angeles and began investing in Real Estate in 2006. In addition to owning their San Francisco home, Tony & his husband have owned a luxury vacation rental home in Palm Springs since 2017. As a result, Tony keeps a constant pulse on the real estate market in San Francisco, Palm Springs, and West Hollywood.
In Tony's spare time, he and his husband are avid world travelers, lucky enough to have visited 49 countries across four continents. During the Pandemic, Tony and his husband took the time to become Scuba certified; now, 40 dives and 140 feet underwater later, they are hooked!
