Kimberly R. Willoughby is an estate planning and matrimonial lawyer in Colorado, representing HNW individuals. She received her JD from the University of Virginia in 1994 and has been practicing for almost 30 years. Kim is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is the only practicing attorney in the country admitted to both fellowships. She serves at the state and national levels as a liaison between estate planners and matrimonial lawyers in furtherance of educating both groups on the overlap issues that affect their clients. Kim is a frequent lecturer and writer, both in Colorado and nationally, on these issues. Kim is also licensed in South Dakota.
