I am CIMA qualified (CGMA / ACMA), and over the course of my career, I have been instrumental in rapidly identifying issues in financial systems and processes, and delivering strategic improvements including replacing legacy systems and overhauling processes, that deliver time and cost savings. ✔️Replacing a legacy system for Snap-on Inc with a new Sage ERP solution which resolved reporting and system issues that had previously existed, due to maintenance support being cancelled.
✔️Driving growth of a leading retro trainers brand, by aligning all parties and embedding clear systems and processes to support the significant growth in product sales.
