Doug Johnson has over 30 years of product management and marketing experience and is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Acumatica, where he defines business requirements for flexibly deployed ERP business management software using SaaS and Cloud technologies.

Prior to this position, Mr. Johnson served as the Vice President of Marketing for Parallels, a leading provider of automation and virtualization software. At Parallels, Mr. Johnson focused on the delivery of technology through service providers in a service model.

Before joining Parallels, Mr. Johnson worked in software development as the Vice President of Marketing at GigaMedia Access Corporation {no longer in business} where he led a team to deliver enterprise security software based on digital rights management technology.

In addition to software, Mr. Johnson has vast expertise in telecommunications from employment at AT&T, Teleglobe, and The Global TeleXchange {no longer in business}. Following college, Mr. Johnson worked for AT&T in New Jersey where he managed several consumer and business calling services. At AT&T, Mr. Johnson implemented systems and operations required to support a world class services business that delivered products to Fortune 100 companies. Following AT&T, Mr. Johnson was Teleglobe's Director of New Product Development. In that role, he created, implemented, and marketed cutting edge services such as packet based telephony and international callback. As the Vice President of Marketing at The GTX, Mr. Johnson managed an online minutes and bandwidth exchange using soft-switch technology.

Mr. Johnson has extensive business experience in marketing and general management, with a concentration on developing new products and services in global markets.

Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University.
