As the Founder and Director of De Pardo Consulting, Eliza brings deep industry expertise and a unique ability to create clarity for clients needing an outside perspective. Eliza launched DE PARDO CONSULTING after almost a decade as a Co-Founder and a Director of FA Insight, a U.S. based research and consulting firm that exclusively served the financial services industry. While at FA Insight, Eliza worked with shareholders and executives of some of the industry's largest advisory firms and financial institutions, addressing some of their most challenging business management needs. Focused on supporting firms in achieving superior performance, Eliza led FA Insight's strategic growth and human capital offerings. Following the acquisition of FA Insight by TD AMERITRADE INSTITUTIONAL, Eliza collaborated extensively with TD Ameritrade, consulting with their largest relationships and developing a wide range of data driven advisor resources. She was a co-author of their flagship study the _TD Ameritrade_ _FA Insight Annual Study of Advisory Firms._ Eliza is frequently engaged to speak at industry conferences on a wide range of business management issues such as organizational design, compensation planning and mergers and acquisitions. She is often invited to lead in-depth advisor workshops, advisory boards and focus groups. Previously, Eliza was with the widely recognized MOSS ADAMS BUSINESS CONSULTING GROUP in Seattle Washington, where she served as a Senior Consultant. Eliza has also worked in Australia as a Senior Consultant in advice strategy for the wealth management division of the NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK GROUP. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
