Jennifer Horton, MBA, CPA is the VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNAL AUDIT AT DESIGNER BRANDS (parent company of DSW), headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. She is a graduate of Ohio University (MBA) and the University of Rio Grande (BS in Accounting) and has 15 years of experience in auditing. At Designer Brands, Jennifer leads Sarbanes Oxley testing, Enterprise Risk Management, as well as Operational/Compliance and IT audits for the company. Prior to joining Designer Brands, Jennifer spent 11 years with Walmart and 3 years at PwC. Jennifer is a member of the AICPA, the IIA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She lives in Rogers, Arkansas with her husband (Bill), son (Liam, 4), two cats, and two dogs. She loves listening to books on Audible, travelling, scuba diving and partnering with her husband on real estate ventures.
