Sandy Johns became a CPA as a second career after spending time in broadcasting and not-for-profits. She launched Revolution Financial in 2009 to deliver single-source accounting and tax solutions to small business. Johns has been published in the AICPA's esteemed _Journal of Accountancy_ and holds a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College. Her current passion is building connective tissue among peers throughout the profession. As the complexity of regulation increases and the labor pool tightens, this is becoming an imperative for small firms in particular. Sandy strongly believes that by sharing tools and best practices in the context of relationship, we are better together.
