Nicole Long, a native of Atlanta Georgia is a Sr. Finance Director in the Consumer Packaging Segment of WestRock, a $19B Global Paper and Packaging Company. She manages a team of 6 associates supporting a $2b sales and manufacturing organization creating packaging solutions in the food and beverage markets. She was previously the Group Director of Finance for the National Retail Sales division of the Coca-Cola Company. In this role she led a team of 11 associates and a P&L of 1b cases and $3.1b gross profit. In her 14-year tenure with the Coca-Cola Company she held a variety of roles ranging from finance business partnership in Foodservice and Retail, an international assignment with Coca-Cola London, and a project role helping with the integration of Coca-Cola and its largest bottler Coca-Cola Enterprises. With a passion for training and coaching, Nicole took full advantage of this with the associates with whom she worked. One of the highlights of Nicole's career was facilitating finance training, for Coca-Cola associates in Lagos, Nigera and Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to Coca-Cola, Nicole worked in roles of increasing responsibility with Bell South, Peachtree Doors & Windows, General Motors, and Navistar. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, both from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University.
