Tim O'Neill is a Senior Tax Manager at Wipfli LLP in St. Louis, MO. As a 2016 AICPA Leadership Academy graduate, Tim recognized how imperative keeping a strong CPA pipeline is not only for the accounting industry, but for the economy. Over the course of his career, Tim has taken his passion for recruiting students to the accounting profession to the state and national level. The recipient of the 2016 MOCPA Outstanding Young Professional Award, Tim served two years as Chair of the MOCPA St. Louis Chapter Professional Outreach Task Force. Additionally, Tim spent four years with the AICPA Student Recruitment Committee, serving as Chair in 2021-2022, and now sits on the Academic Executive Committee. When not client facing, Tim dedicates his time working within the St. Louis market to coordinate on-campus presentations and has served as the St. Louis Wipfli office "Fun Committee" Co-Chair, a group aimed at engaging newer associates and increasing Firm collaboration and connectivity.
