Joe Guercio joined AssuredPartners in 2016 as Vice President of Operations. During his tenure with AssuredPartners Joe has worked with the executive leadership team to shape profitability goals and vision driving EBITDA growth throughout the company which resulted in substantial margin growth and expansion. He and his team have successfully integrated over 200 acquisitions. Joe has been instrumental in the development of several AssuredPartners Corporate programs including premium financing, real estate, quality control, and data strategy. Joe's involvement with the agency management system strategy has earned AP numerous national awards all while developing an internal systems conversion team for excellence along with a future operating platform. Currently, Joe serves on the Executive Committee of AssuredPartners. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, Joe was with Willis Group, a global insurance broker, for the previous 8 years. At Willis, Joe held various senior leadership roles most recently the Regional Operating Officer for the Southeast. In addition to his experience at Willis, Joe spent several years at Brown and Brown, another leading insurance broker, holding various key roles. He was the manager of Internal Audit, Sales Executive, and Profit Center Leader for several key offices in the Company. Joe began his career in public accounting working for BDO Seidman and Arthur Andersen. Joe graduated from the University of Central Florida with BS in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida. He currently holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) insurance designations. Joe currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife, Talyn, and 2 children.
