Mike is the Senior Director of the Cybersecurity Practice and CISO for ImagineX Consulting. He embraces disruption, brings calm to chaos, and enjoys delivering transformation programs to solve complex and challenging problems. He is a proven leader of diverse international teams successfully delivering to clients primarily in the financial services, healthcare, and retail industries. Mike previously led the InfoSec Governance, Risk, Compliance and Data Privacy functions at Vail Resorts, leading a small team to achieve InfoSec and Privacy objectives through efficient use of technology and strong partnerships across IT, risk functions (Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance), and business stakeholders. Prior to Vail, Mike was a consultant with PwC for over 10 years and in addition to Cybersecurity, has significant experience in the IT Infrastructure space focusing on data center and cloud solutions. He holds the ITIL Foundations Certification and previously held the AWS Solutions Architect certification. He is also an experienced project and program manager and held the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame, and completed a Global Executive MBA through the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, including embedded learning and professional experiences on 4 continents (Shanghai, New Delhi, Santiago, Berlin, and Durham, NC).
