Scott is the leader of MGO's National Cannabis Practice. He has over 30 years of experience assisting public and private companies in a variety of industries, including Cannabis, Technology, CPG and Retail. He has significant experience working with growth companies, having taken multiple companies from the development stage through a sale, IPO or other go public transaction on both domestic and international securities exchanges.
