Ken is an Audit & Assurance partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. He also leads the Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice in Salt Lake City. He has served private and public companies across various industries for more than 20 years.

He has significant experience with complex accounting, debt and equity offerings, internal controls/SOX, IPOs, M&A, SEC financial reporting, and valuation matters. Previously, Ken was part of Deloitte's National Office – Accounting and Reporting Services group, where he assisted and advised clients, authored interpretive guidance, and facilitated trainings on technical accounting and financial reporting across multiple subject matter areas.

He is a licensed certified public accountant in Nevada and Utah and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
