Faiza Asifuddin is a sustainability and social impact professional with over a decade of nonprofit experience in heading up complex projects with expertise in strategy and operations. Before joining Diligent, Faiza oversaw the development and governance of ESG goals at Estee Lauder Compabies, helped brands embed and integrate social impact and sustainability, and managed the racial equity external engagement initiatives for the enterprise. As the Director of ESG & Sustainability at Diligent, Faiza leads the development and implementation of company's internal ESG program, focusing on building meaningful, intentional, and successful environmental and social initiatives and efforts. Faiza received her master's in public administration from the Marxe School of Public Affairs and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
