Lacy began her accounting career at a small firm in Portland Maine following an internship during the 2014 tax season. In the winter of 2016 she completed her Masters in Accounting at Saint Joseph's College of Maine and gained her CPA license in January 2018. Lacy joined her current firm n July 2020 where she provides planning and compliance services to closely held businesses across various industries and high net worth individuals. She became a partner at the firm in January 2023. In addition to her commitment to providing clients with outstanding service, Lacy is also active in the local community. She is the Treasurer for a local non-profit, Women Standing Together, a member of the Developing Leaders Committee for the Maine Society of CPAs, and a AICPA Leadership Academy Graduate 2019.
