Janice Stucke is the chief financial officer for Achieving the Dream. In this role, she manages day-to-day financial operations, works to mitigate the companies risk, and has led the finance departments digital financial transformation with implmentations of RPA, Expensify, Tipalti, Planful, and Ebill which has led to near full-scale automation of the finance team. She is also responsible for leading financial and administrative processes, tax, strategy, standard operating procedures, and adherence to all relevant regulations. Janice is a CPA with ten years of finance and accounting experience. She was previously the director of finance at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she helped SHRM navigate the pandemic by implementing a new investments and growth strategy. Prior to SHRM, she was controller at two tech companies, CertaTech and Morning Consult. The first ten years of her career were spent managing refugee and asylee related programs in East Africa, San Diego, and the D.C. metro area.
