Jackie is a senior manager in the Firm's managed accounting services department and has nearly 20 years of public accounting experience. She is responsible for the accounting system implementations of Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, and third-party applications such as Bill.com, Expensify, Nexonia. She manages our internal support ticketing system and trains staff on the various accounting systems used. Additionally, Jackie provides support and management to the financial operations of many outsourcing engagements. Prior to joining the Firm (as Raffa), Jackie worked at Chazin and Company, where she was responsible for servicing and managing nonprofit outsourced client engagements, accounting system implementations, and new hire training. She has also previously worked for Raymond F. Book and Associates, where she provided audit and tax services to both for-profit and nonprofit entities. Jackie is a Certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist and holds her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Wilmington University.
