Sarah Snell is the Chief Operating Officer with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA), a regional certified public accounting firm of over 70 professionals serving the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Sarah had 9 years of experience in public accounting before transitioning over into Operations in 2012 for HFA. She oversees the day-to-day operations in administration, human capital, finance, technology, facilities and marketing, and directs the firm's growing CAAS practice. Sarah is the current Director of Membership Growth for CPAFMA - CPA Firm Management Association and Past President of the NJ Chapter. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). She has served on the Emerging Leaders Council and the Student Programs & Scholarships Committee and she is also a member of the Business & Industry Professionals Interest Group.
