Angelo Noe has been with the IRS for more than 30 years. During his career, Angelo has examined retirement plans and reviewed determination letter applications. He’s been an on-the-job trainer for new employees and served as a classroom instructor. Angelo assists in writing guidance issued to the public and creating technical material used to train IRS employees.

Angelo has spent nearly 25 years in the domain of IRS pre-approved documents. He was the coordinator and reviewed specimen plans in the former Volume Submitter Program. And he’s currently one of the two IRS Pre-approved Plans Program Coordinators.
