Michael is the Senior Director of Learning Innovation & Assessment at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, where he leads the production of interactive learning solutions for global members in the accounting and finance profession. Throughout his career, Michael has helped lead learning development teams and instructionally designed and developed effective solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He is a former college instructor and department chair and has presented his research at major conferences for over 20 years. Michael holds an MFA degree in Digital Production Arts from Clemson University and recently earned the highest designation of Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
