Mark Leister is the Vice President of Operations of Compass East. By focusing on a client's business lifecycle needs through a collaborative journey, Compass East has been able to build a premier firm that combines quality FP&A services with tech-enabled outsourced accounting services. Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of the company to deliver on their bottom-up strategic delivery model. He assists the Compass East staff and clients through strategic thought initiatives, budgets and financial model projections, and finance and operational metrics to bring actionable items to the client's data. Mark is a graduate of Butler University and resides in Indianapolis, IN.
